  • Marc Gonnet

    CEO & Co-founder

    Former CMO and Head of Business Development of Europe 1, a top French radio station, Marc was also Head of Strategy of Lagardere Active. He co-produced 2 major shows in France (200 000+ tickets sold, 100+ nights each). He currently serves as associate professor at La Sorbonne and teaches at SciencesPo in Paris.
  • Eric de Rugy

    President & Co-founder

    Eric started as a mediaplanner (FCB, Leo Burnett, BBDO) and later founded his own media agency in 1993, called Le Lab. He then launched the French arm of Naked communications and now Red Guy. Recognized as one of the most respected authorities in Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC), he brings to Delight his expertise on communication strategies, targeting, and channel planning.
  • Oliver Abitbol

    Chief Operating Officer & Co-founder

    Oliver started at Lagardère Active where he was in charge of technology and competitive watch. The group later sent him to the Silicon Valley for a year, to document the trends in the Media and Technology industries. On his final year at ESCP Europe, one of the most prestigious business school in Europe, his research primarily focuses on Corporate Venturing in the Creative industries.
  • Florian Lamache

    CTO

    An engineer by training, Florian initially worked as a freelance consultant in communication agencies and web agencies before starting his own venture in music, in France and in the US. His dual competence as CTO-CEO enables him to combine technical skills and a strategic approach behind Delight's platform.
  • Eric Garland

    Senior Advisor

    Eric founded Big Champagne, a pioneer company in audience qualification in the Live Entertainment business, and later sold it to American giant Live Nation. A brilliant engineer, Eric serves as Senior Advisor for Delight to assist the team in data processing, algorithm design and feature development for the platform.
